Le Gibolin restaurant in Arles - France
After 35 years enchanting Parisian with good wines (wine bar: Vin de Zinc) Brigitte and Luc decided, luckily for us, to go South.. Here they are in Arles rue des Porcelets (baby pigs) in their bistrot “ Le Gibolin” you’ll ask them the signification..
They are pretty good with local recipes like: "la brandade maison", "la salade de poulpe", "l’agneau de Sisteron".. And terribly good for wine tasting. You should have a look to their wine selection, one of the best around… You can even buy wine to take away.
