Chez Bob is a legendary restaurant held by Jean-Guy and Josy. Not far from Arles, in a Mas (local farmhouse) in the middle of Camargue on the road to Sambuc. Jean-Guy is a master for cooking on wood fire. Its menu is as simple as food cuisine can be in the South of France: Anchoaïade (anchovy puree), Poutargue (dried fish eggs of grey female mullet), steaklets of duck, roasted leg of lamb, bull chops..

Quality of the products and know-how make Chez Bob a real difference..

I do not recommend d to go to this restaurant we are to go there on 13/02/2010 and I not on guard no good memory.
The delicatessen is to note this said has to volonter on the web site of the restaurant there is only three served type(chap) of delicatessen and the service so is to precipitate that have him(it) has even not the time(weather) to be able to ask for more of it, raw vegetables even are not to clean, the main course is good but without more (a little excesses fat), the cheese is copious; different cheeses served in a tray but regrettably has the aspec and to the taste the cheese had widely to exceed its best before date.
As for the dessert it is not more than about pieces of fruits in sweeten (apple, pineapple, orange) served on a plate neither everything in a restaurant out of heating without gesture(movement) nor excuse of the restaurant owner(restorer) has dessert with a net of coulis.le (to oblige to eat with our coat .Au seen by the price list(rate) to ask by the restaurant owner(restorer) have would have esperer of the services(performances) has heights
