One comes to Le Malarte at the end of the morning, every saturdays, to take a Pastis after the outside Market.
But Le Malarte is not only a beautiful sunny terrace, it is a true bistrot with a true chart and good dishes of French and Provence cuisine. And even if the evening atmosphere falls like the sunset, one adores this place which is difficult to leave without saying a word of congratulation to the chef!
